　　新华社里约热内卢8月18日体育专电 国际体育仲裁法庭18日认定中国游泳运动员陈欣怡兴奋剂阳性成立，取消其里约奥运会资格。中国游泳协会就此事件发表声明，声明全文如下：

　　8月18日，国际体育仲裁法庭经听证会审议，认定中国游泳运动员陈欣怡尿样氢氯噻嗪阳性成立，并决定取消陈欣怡里约奥运会资格，里约奥运会之外的处罚将交由国际泳联决定。中国游泳协会尊重国际体育仲裁法庭做出的判罚决定，并将对陈欣怡兴奋剂阳性事件展开进一步调查和依法依规作出处理。

　　使用兴奋剂危害运动员身心健康，破坏体育公平竞赛，败坏体育道德，是世界体育的一大公害。中国游泳协会坚决反对使用兴奋剂，严格执行中国“严令禁止、严格检查、严肃处理”的反兴奋剂工作方针，开展了形式多样的反兴奋剂宣传教育，建立了严格的反兴奋剂责任制度，不断加大反兴奋剂查处力度。近年来，中国游泳协会配合世界反兴奋剂机构、国际泳联和中国反兴奋剂中心每年进行上千例兴奋剂检测。同时，中国游泳协会依据反兴奋剂的相关法律法规，对使用兴奋剂涉事人员均进行了严肃查处，对使用兴奋剂行为形成了有力震慑和有效遏制。

　　在本届奥运会上发生陈欣怡兴奋剂阳性事件，我们深感内疚和不安。这也充分说明中国游泳反兴奋剂工作的形势依然严峻，也暴露出我们在反兴奋剂管理上存在疏漏。我们必须以此为鉴，警钟长鸣，进一步加强反兴奋剂教育、管理、监督和查处等各项工作，筑牢反兴奋剂防线，预防和坚决打击任何兴奋剂违规事件的发生。
