去年，武汉大学互联网全龄化实践队发布了《中老年人使用互联网情况调查报告》，数据显示，约33.3%的老人常在上网时遇到困难，偶尔遇到困难的占51.7%，两者相加超过八成。

很多老年人也想学习使用电脑、手机上网，学习使用各种方便生活的新软件，但现实是老年人缺乏畅通的渠道学习新技术。家住长沙荷园小区的刘大爷告诉记者，他很想学着使用这些新技术，多次向儿子请教，但毕竟反应慢，儿子教了他几下没学会，就显得很不耐烦，他自己也有被嫌弃的感觉，不想学了。
还有一个让多数老年人不敢触网的原因是“怕被骗”。记者采访发现，谈及网络购物、网络支付、手机银行等涉及财务功能的互联网应用，几乎所有老人都有一个共同的担忧——“怕被骗”。

“互联网扫盲”需多方合力
“社会应充分考虑老年人的需求，在互联网技术越来越广泛进入人们日常生活的今天，应采取一系列措施，让老年人和年轻人一样，享受互联网给生活带来的方便。”安徽大学社会学教授王云飞说。
王云飞建议，尤其是一些生活必须的服务机构，如银行、医院、电力等部门，应该在搭车“互联网+”的同时，设立或保留老年人窗口，兼顾老年人需求。
此外，专家还建议政府、社会组织等形成合力，通过社区街道、图书馆、社会组织等针对老年人开设知识课堂，教老年人如何使用互联网。
“互联网发展，不能把老人丢下，这不是个人或者家庭层面的问题。”王云飞说。
截至2015年年底，中国共有老年学校7.63万个；建有180个国家级、500余个省级社区教育实验区、示范区，老年人占参与社区教育总人数的60%以上；有老年类报纸24种，老年类期刊24种。
专家表示，这些都是老年人获取互联网应用知识与技能的重要资源与途径，充分利用可以大幅满足老年人对融入互联网时代的需求。
敏锐嗅到“银发消费”带来的互联网商机，一些商家也开始行动起来。唯创集团通过搭建老人乐园、居家养老服务店和网上商城等平台，为老年人提供线上线下服务，使其可以享受理疗按摩、健康咨询、交友旅游、家政服务和上网购物等服务。
在福建，国网东山县供电公司总经理吴荣辉举例说，老人接受“互联网+”服务比较慢，电力部门为用户提供绑定服务，让老人的家人在外可以随时查询家庭用电信息，帮助老人缴纳电费。
近年来，虽然有一些互联网企业和运营商推出了专为老年人设计的互联网产品和硬件产品，如一些网络搜索引擎推出鼠标手写功能、北京市民政局与企业合作推出的“小帮手老年手机”等，但是这类产品数量屈指可数。
王云飞说，考虑到老年人在学习新知识、新事物方面比年轻人慢，应该鼓励企业开发一些适合老年人使用的手机、APP等，方便老年人使用手机享受网上服务。
