成都官员介绍贿赂：亲自扛六七十斤人民币到区书记家
四川省成都温江区原国土局局长、成都市国土资源局原党组成员、土地储备中心原主任张康林被控受贿、介绍贿赂一案，于 8月12日在四川德阳市中院开庭审理。
澎湃新闻（www.thepaper.cn）从庭审现场获悉，张康林被控与温江区原常务副区长、四川都江堰市原市长马汉选共同受贿2000万，单独受贿450万元；向温江区原区委书记谢超介绍贿赂300万元。
在此之前，谢超与马汉选案已先后在成都中院开庭审理。澎湃新闻从权威渠道证实，谢超被控受贿6300万、马汉选被控受贿3200万。公诉机关对三人受贿事实的指控，都涉及温江“天来国际”项目。
不过，在 8月12日的庭审过程中，张康林否认了所有受贿指控，只承认向谢超介绍贿赂300万。
国土局长被控受贿2450万
据德阳市检察院指控：2009年至2014年，张康林任成都市国土资源局党组成员、土地储备中心主任兼温江区国土资源局局长期间，利用职务之便，为他人谋取利益，并先后多次收受他人贿赂，共计人民币2450万元，向国家工作人员介绍贿赂300万元。
检方指控称，2010年至2011年间，张康林伙同时任温江区常务副区长马汉选，三次收受成都市天来房地产开发有限责任公司（下称“天来公司”）董事长安政军2000万元现金，个人分得1000万。之后，又单独收受安政军50万元。
公诉机关还指控，张康林向时任温江区区委书记谢超介绍贿赂300万元。
公诉机关称，成都川西卉森投资有限公司法人陈玖成为了在温江做工程的工程款结算以及“居然之家”项目开发等问题，请张康林帮忙。张康林表示可以帮其引荐温江区原区委书记谢超。随后，陈玖成在张康林的帮助下见到了谢超，谢超答应帮忙。于是，陈玖成为答谢谢超，准备了300万元现金，由张康林亲自帮其送到区委书记谢超的家里。
张康林在供述中承认，是他将六七十斤重的钞票装在麻袋中，亲自给谢超扛到家中。
据一位参加了谢超案庭审的旁听人员介绍，办案机关从谢超家中查处了数千万元现金。而张康林之所以被查，就是因为谢超被调查之后，很快交代了这笔钱的来源，牵出了张康林。
公诉机关指控，张康林也收受了陈玖成贿赂200万元。
官员与商人曾订立攻守同盟
澎湃新闻此前报道，张康林、谢超、马汉选三人均涉嫌在温江区“天来国际”项目中受贿。
“天来国际”广场由成都天来房地产开发有限公司开发，该公司是台港澳与内地合资企业，安政军、安晋辰兄弟是公司的所有者。该项目位于成都市温江区黄金地段的光华大道与温泉大道交界处，系一商业综合体，曾被评为“成都十大新地标。”
公诉机关称，该项目是由张康林引入温江的，并和时任温江区常务副区长的马汉选一起，帮助天来公司拿下项目所需用地。在这一过程中，张康林以此前已经有开发商入场，需要进行补偿为由向安政军要了2000万元。安政军分几次将2000万拿给张康林，张康林将钱和马汉选一人分得1000万。
之后，安政军又在张康林的引荐下，认识了温江区委书记谢超。澎湃新闻从参与谢超案庭审旁听人士处获悉，谢超承认收了安政军1000万元。
2014年12月2日，四川省纪委发布消息，对成都市温江区委书记谢超涉嫌严重违纪问题进行立案调查。
据公诉机关的指控，谢超被调查之后，张康林和马汉选都开始找行贿人退还受贿款，张康林借钱退了陈玖成的200万。而此时已经调任都江堰任市长的马汉选，也退还了安政军1200万。
但张康林依然很快被调查。澎湃新闻从张康林案庭审现场获悉，谢超和张康林被调查之后，马汉选和安政军先后见面四五次，协商如何应对纪检部门的调查。马汉选要求安政军接受调查时不要提到他，并向都江堰一老板借款退还了安政军1200万元。
马汉选最终还是没有脱逃被调查的命运。2015年7月6日，据四川省纪委网站消息，都江堰市委副书记、市长马汉选涉嫌严重违纪违法，接受组织调查。
澎湃新闻从参加谢超、马汉选案庭审旁听人士处获悉，谢超被控受贿6300万，谢超全部认罪。马汉选被控受贿3200万，但在法庭上，马汉选承认受贿2000万。
否认受贿，承认介绍贿赂
8月12日，张康林受贿案一审庭审中，张康林对2450万受贿指控均不认可。
张康林称，他和安政军认识之前，安政军的项目已经落地温江了，并非由他把“天来国际”项目引入温江的。
他称，该项目是由当时温江区常务副区长马汉选牵头，温江区投资促进局、温江区光华片区管委会指挥部组成的谈判团与天来公司进行洽谈，市区两级国土部门均未参与。在这件事上，他根本不具有任何影响力，安政军根本不需要给他送钱。
张康林的辩护律师谭德铭在法庭上称，张康林根本不知道安政军送了2000万给他，并与马汉选一人分得1000万的事。这个说法，只是在马汉选和安政军的庭前供述中存在。而实际上，他并不知道安政军有没有送张康林1000万。
澎湃新闻注意到，张康林只承认向谢超介绍贿赂300万元的事实。
8月12日，该案庭审从上午9点开始，直至下午7时许。法庭宣布休庭，择日宣判。
