　　换个身份继续运动

　　对很多不舍离开体育项目的运动员来说，转身成为教练是个不错的选择。

　　最完美的例子当属郎平，退役后两度回来执掌中国女排，都实现了绝地反击。从“老女排”的主将到“新女排”的掌门人，她亲身将女排精神传承了下来。

　　湖北籍体操冠军程菲曾以“程菲跳”惊艳世界，退役后的她选择了在体操行业当老师，却不是训练队，而是大学里。她目前在武汉体育学院教授体操，并开始尝试快乐体操项目。

　　经商也与运动分不开

　　冠军六成选择从政

　　据统计，在1984年至2012年的8届奥运会、4届冬奥会中，中国共诞生了222位奥运冠军，其中有六成在退役后选择了从政。其中不少人在各地方体育局任职，换了另一种身份在运动领域内工作。如“大满贯得主”王楠，在2008年北京奥运会后选择退役，隔年进入团中央工作。又如湖北籍体操冠军杨威，在2009年退役后携妻儿回到家乡，担任了湖北省体育局体操管理中心副主任。
