　　记者从昆明市公安局官渡分局获悉：11名涉嫌8月20日在大树营聚众斗殴的犯罪嫌疑人已被官渡警方依法采取刑事强制措施，其中10名犯罪嫌疑人被刑事拘留，1人取保候审。

　　8月20日12时30分左右，官渡公安分局金马派出所大树营执勤点接群众报警称，看见有一群人在大树营中营村带着刀准备打架。接警后，警方迅速 组织警力赶赴现场，同时，驻勤于大树营社区的武警官兵闻讯后第一时间赶到参与处置。当日14时许，涉嫌聚众斗殴的11名犯罪嫌疑人分别在案发现场及中营村 出租房被全部抓获，缴获经改装的射钉枪1支，橡皮钢珠枪（弹弓改装）一把，管制刀具12把。

　　据通报，2016年4月，犯罪嫌疑人龙某（女，云南省昭通市人）在昆明市官渡区大树营中营村，向一服装店的宁某某（女，贵州省岑巩县人）支付 100元定金预购衣服，8月中旬，龙某到服装店要求退还100元定金未果与宁某某丈夫田某某（男，贵州省岑巩县人）发生口角纠纷。近日，双方为此事多次发 生语言冲突。8月20日中午12时许，龙某邀约罗某（男，贵州省威宁县人）等4人持管制刀具、经改装的射钉枪（发射空包弹，没有弹头射出）到服装店准备殴 斗，犯罪嫌疑人田某某亦邀约吴某某（男，云南省宣威市人）等4人持刀、棍与龙某邀约的人员在服装店门口对峙。其间，罗某持一把经改装的射钉枪朝天打了一发 空包弹，在双方正在对峙尚未发生肢体冲突时，警方及时赶到现场。见民警赶来，涉案双方人员迅速逃离，后经警方搜捕抓获全部涉案犯罪嫌疑人，缴获相关管制器 械。

　　目前，涉案的10名犯罪嫌疑人被官渡警方依法刑事拘留，1人取保候审。案件正在进一步审理中。
