　　走私海鲜5000余吨 境内销售“一条龙”

　　今年年初，青岛海关缉私局烟台分局的缉私人员在市场调研中发现，市场上一些高档海鲜零售价格明显低于正常报关进口价格，这引起了海关缉私人员的注意。

　　青岛海关缉私局烟台分局侦查二科副科长宋振宁介绍，在调查中海关发现，一些企业大量的虾夷贝、帝王蟹，还有一些鱼都是通过广西牌照车辆运输，“我们觉得，原产于日本、俄罗斯、美国的产品为什么从广西过来？肯定不符合正常逻辑”。

　　在进一步侦查过程中，山东一家海产品进出口公司逐步浮出水面。这家公司不仅在山东、福建、广西和辽宁有多家分公司，幕后老板王某在美国也设有一家公司。

　　顺藤摸瓜 2.3亿走私海鲜案告破

　　青岛海关缉私局侦查处李福东介绍，为了逃避打击，幕后老板王某常年在美国，而且所有的对外联系全通过美国这个公司进行，境内公司收到货款后，迅速通过地下钱庄将钱转移到境外。

　　这家公司不仅在国内没有任何账目信息，还定期销毁一些订购货物的书证，这给侦查人员带来不小阻力。直到今年6月底，侦查员得知公司的掌控者王某将从美国回境内，海关缉私人员觉得，收网的最好时机到了。

　　6月24日，在蓬莱国际机场，王某一下飞机就被蹲守的缉私警察抓获，与此同时，海关缉私部门在山东、福建、广西、沈阳等地对其他涉案人员展开同步抓捕，通过查证的相关账册和书证证实，这个以境外采购、绕关走私、境内销售的专业走私团伙近两年来共走私帝王蟹等高档海鲜5000余吨，案值高达2.3亿元。

　　李福东介绍，走私分子将货物集中到日本北海道，再运到广西防城港，再从防城港运到山东，这么不远万里最重要的原因就是为了逃避检查。

　　青岛海关及时斩断走私链条，阻止了这些问题海鲜继续侵害中国百姓的餐桌安全。而今年以来，中国海关持续开展“国门利剑2016”行动，对包括冻水产品、冻肉以及大米、玉米在内的5大类走私犯罪，都实施了重点打击。
