洪秀柱：蔡英文“百日执政”就是“追杀国民党”

　　据台湾《联合报》报道，台湾地区领导人蔡英文就职满百日，国民党主席洪秀柱今天（22日）表示，一般民众给蔡的表现打分数，应该是不及格的，站在国民党的立场，是“更更更不及格”。

　　针对年金改革制度，洪秀柱强调，我们当然支持年金改革，但不能借改革之名，行“污名化之实”，甚至践踏特别行业的尊严。

　　洪秀柱提到，这次台北的九三大游行，军公教警消提出“反污名、要尊严”，她强调，希望当局不要利用年金改革，来制造行业间的对立、世代间对立；我们要的是对话，要的是真正的公平正义。

　　她强调，军公教在过往对台湾有相当的贡献，过于他们要基于信赖保护原则，不可以用过就丢，不可以因时代变迁，就忘了他们在台湾穷困时，还是坚守岗位的服务。

　　包括劳工也一样，洪秀柱说，当局应该要想办法，对劳工的就业跟薪资的提升，多做努力，千万不能造成行业的仇恨，与世代的仇恨。

　　蔡英文上台后，民调直落，但她认为不能以百日来评断她的表现。对此，洪秀柱说，要反问她以前又是用何标准来看马英九，她批评蔡英文根本是“严以律人，宽以待已”。

　　洪秀柱抨击蔡英文百日唯一做成功的是追杀国民党，用不公不义违法的“党产条例”，来对国民党做无尽的追杀。后面还有转型正义条例，更是要对国民党做更大幅度的追杀。

　　洪秀柱认为，民进党根本就是想一党独大，甚至成为独裁的政党，这是台湾民主的倒退，更是人民的悲哀。

　　洪秀柱直指，党产处理条例的用人是不当、出发点不当，还是不法的。她说，党产处理条例，是违反无罪推定原则，法律不溯及既往的原则，国民党将争取“释宪”，会透过更多渠道来努力。
