深圳的华小姐在2014年10月底入驻国美在线，主要销售路由器，后来因销售情况不佳在2015年11月底退店，没想到之后就开始了漫长的“追讨”过程。“我交了一万元的保证金，一开始去催，说需要等1个月，后来说3个月，最后跟我说要一年”，华小姐郁闷地说。一开始，她先向国美在线财务部人员询问，对方拉黑了华小姐，华小姐转而询问销售部，给出的时间却是一拖再拖，追问几次后，华小姐又被拉黑了。
“我已经算比较好的了，群里还有人是交了二三万元的保证金，也是没有退还。”华小姐无奈地说。记者加入了华小姐所说的群，该群成员都是与华小姐情况相似的前国美在线入驻商家，不少来自深圳，约百余人。谢先生表示，他是去年4月申请退店，当时运营人员说他还有一笔订单未完成，但谢先生发现那笔订单并不是自己店里的，再次联系运营人员时，对方再也没有应答。在国美在线的售后群、服务群发言申诉，也被踢出群。
叶先生更是有苦说不出，因所在公司需要拓展销售平台，他去年8月份与国美在线开始合作。事先预交了6000元的平台年费和30000元的保证金，但叶先生没有想到，国美在线会在收到汇款后就没了回复。当他再次联系运营负责人时，被告知当时的对接负责人已离职，此后就是各种踢皮球。由于汇款后还没有签约合同，只有一张汇款凭证的叶先生很难进行投诉和维权，现在他很苦恼。

国美在线方称已修正合同
记者联系了国美在线运营人员，对方称已离职，不便回答问题。群内商家也纷纷表示国美在线并没有专门负责退店业务的人员。记者因此拨打了国美在线商家入驻平台的电话，对方称并不了解退店退还保证金事宜，但是公司在今年初已经修正了“退店后，3个月后退还保证金”的说法，而是以商家最后一个订单商品质保期结束日期为准。
有商家则表示，在其他电商平台都是3个月退还保证金，按照国美在线的说法，至少需要1年3个月，实在不合理。国美在线的官方页面上确实有相关依据，但华小姐提供的合同页面并没有关于“以最后一个商品质保期为主”的说明。目前，记者联系了已经退款成功的商家，对方表示是2014年7月退店，直到2015年9月才拿到退款，对方的理由不是手续没办好，就是中途换人对接。

国美在线单方面修改说辞不具备法律效力
记者就此事件联系了广东知名律师金焰，他表示国美在线这种行为属于“耍无赖”，国美在线长期不履行合同，商家有权依法维权。但是保证金额数目并不大，商家很难花更高的成本去起诉。最好就是团结起来维权。再者，合同应当是双方共同签署，国美在线单方面修改说辞并不具备法律效力。
