　　秦皇岛市新闻科工作人员向南都记者确认，月底合作期限截止，路面将会恢复原样，而对下一步计划并不清楚。至截稿前，巴铁科技发展有限公司方面未对此事作出任何回应。

　　华赢凯来不再高调宣传“巴铁”

　　巴铁项目半个月来遭受多方质疑，除了其本身的可行性、安全性、消耗资金等问题外，一家与之相关的投资公司也备受争议。这家公司叫做北京华赢凯来资产管理有限公司，隶属于中国华赢资产管理集团有限公司，这家公司与巴铁公司拥有同一个董事长——— 白丹青。

　　据媒体报道，今年5月开始，华赢集团旗下理财投资公司已经开始募集“巴铁”基金。该公司《巴铁项目投资推介报告》显示，北京天尔投资基金管理有限公司正在销售该款“北京巴铁项目基金”，认购金额为100万元起，预期年化收益12%。

　　一名投资者表示，此前华赢凯来的业务员常以巴铁项目为例，宣传其推广的政府与社会资本合作（PPP）模式，近日，华赢凯来资产管理有限公司旗下众多理财公司，也不再大张旗鼓宣传巴铁。昨日，南都记者致电天尔投资咨询“北京巴铁项目基金”事宜，对方警惕地表示，具体情况不方便透露，请到当地网点面谈。

　　据《北京商报》报道，该报记者走访华赢凯来东城区一家线下网点时看到一本“巴铁项目”的介绍，却被工作人员谨慎地拿走，并表示该材料没有用。

　　董事长亲自宴请安抚投资者

　　在巴铁项目引起关注后，不少投资者上门要求赎回资金。然而，据李先生表示，华赢凯来对资金赎回设置了很高的门槛，“需要先扣除2%的手续费，原来承诺每年14%的利率，因为只有半年，变得只剩下5%左右，除此外还要减掉此前赠品的市场价格。”在李先生的催促下，家里的老太太赎回了资金，但原来投入的23万元积蓄，到手后只剩下22万余元。
