　　记者调查发现，患病后被博文学院开除的教职工并非只有刘伶利一人。2015年1月，博文学院身患肝血管瘤的女教师许诺（化名）也被校方开除，理由是“考核不合格”。

　　一位曾在博文学院人事处工作过的人士向记者直言人事和财权都归院长陈玲一个人所有，“如果陈院长不发话他们不可能被开除”。

　　被检查出肝脏血管瘤

　　熟悉许诺的同事透露，被开除的许诺2011年从中国青年政治学院研究生毕业，因老家和亲人都在甘肃，才选择回兰州工作，当年8月应聘到博文学院。

　　博文学院的官网显示，该院于2002年由兰州交通大学申办，系甘肃省教育厅批准成立的兰州交通大学二级学院。

　　一位博文学院的教师介绍，待遇无法与公办院校相比，研究生学历毕业生月薪只有2400元，加上每个学期7000多元的激励奖金，就是所有的收入。

　　熟悉许诺的同事称，2014年10月，许诺不时感觉腹部不适，检查后发现是肝脏血管瘤。肝血管瘤是一种较为常见的肝脏良性肿瘤，临床上以海绵状血管瘤最多见，病人多无明显不适症状，尚无证据说明其有恶变可能。

　　因考核“不合格”被开除

　　知情人士告诉记者，许诺当时向博文学院人事处处长江雪芸递交了假条，在兰州一家医院接受治疗。46天后，她回到学校销假，准备继续工作。可是江雪芸告诉许诺，担心到她的病情尚未康复，可以不用来上班，也不用请假，继续在家休息。到2015年1月，博文学院最终把许诺开除了，理由是她2014~2015学年第一学期考核工作中排名末尾，考核不合格。

　　许诺提起仲裁后，博文学院被裁定撤销开除决定并支付许诺的工资。博文学院不服，提起诉讼后，一二审均被判败诉。和刘伶利胜诉后一样，学校长期未履行对许诺的败诉判决，直到8月22日下午，舆论压力之下，博文学院答应恢复许诺的工作。
