　　8月中旬，桂林象山公安分局根据上级禁毒部门提供的重要线索，广西阳朔籍一男子可能持有大量毒品。侦查员根据前期掌握的情况，远赴浙江、广东等地进行调查，确定了犯罪嫌疑人廖某的身份。

　　8月19日晚，警方得到情报，犯罪嫌疑人廖某可能返回桂林市，侦查员立即在廖某桂林的出租屋住处进行布控。经过7个小时的蹲守，凌晨2时，嫌疑 人廖某终于现身了。就在廖某推开房间的一刹那，侦查员一拥而入将嫌疑人廖某牢牢控制，在廖某的出租房内，现场搜查出K粉1.65公斤，用茶叶盒伪装的新型 毒品“奶茶”10袋80余克。
