　　那么，“辐射海鲜”到底有没有流入南宁市场呢？如何区分走私海鲜？不小心吃了“辐射海鲜”该怎么办？8月23日，记者走访了南宁多个大型超市和海鲜批发市场，暂未发现有来自日本的海鲜。广西出入境检验检疫局披露，广西各口岸均未受理过日本“辐射海鲜”的报检进口。目前，相关部门正对涉案的广西牌照车辆进行调查。

　　正规超市和菜场没发现问题海鲜

　　那么“辐射海鲜”究竟有没有流入南宁市场呢？8月23日，记者在南宁淡村海鲜市场调查了解到，这里的海鲜原产地大多来源于北海、防城港、钦州等地。记者询问 市场管理处一位陈姓工作人员，有没有来自日本的海鲜，对方表示目前没有，以前也几乎没看到过，南宁的海鲜市场绝大多数来区内，以北海、防城港居多，进口的 水产品很少。“进口的海鲜主要是从澳大利亚、越南来的。”对方明确表示，海鲜想要入场，工商证、卫生证、税务证都必须具备，走私海鲜肯定缺少这些必要的检 查。

　　该市场一处海鲜冷藏库的老板也称，他们主要进行本地海鲜交易，从来没有进口海鲜，更不要说进口日本的了。

　　随后记者来到五一路的南宁海鲜批发交易市场，一名海鲜摊主称：“这里的海鲜，大多来自北海、钦州、防城港等境内产地，很少有国外的，常见的只有来自越南的鲜虎虾，活的要68元/斤，冰冻的35元/斤。”

　　在江南海鲜市场，一海鲜摊老板告诉记者，南宁海鲜市场上，销售进口海鲜的商户很少，主要是因为长途跋涉的运输增加了成本，导致价格高昂，和北海、钦州等城市运过来的海鲜相比，要贵许多，所以一般不卖进口海鲜。

　　记者在南宁几家大超市走访，也没发现有日本进口的海鲜。据一名超市销售工作人员介绍，冷冻海鲜主要来自北海、防城港、钦洲，都是本地货。

　　广西各口岸均未受理过“辐射海鲜”

　　那南宁究竟没有进口过来自日本的水产品呢？据记者了解，目前广西陆路口岸包括东兴、凭祥、水口、龙邦出入境口岸，可以进口水产品。水路口岸则是防城港、北海 港、钦州港，也可以进口水产品。对此，广西出入境检验检疫局表示，广西各口岸均未曾受理过日本“辐射海鲜”的报检进口。

　　针对日本 “辐射海鲜”事件，8月22日-24日，该局食品安全处组织督查组赴凭祥、水口口岸等开展进口冰鲜水产品口岸能力年度考核及进口水产品业务督查。今年 1-7月份，东兴检验检疫局检验检疫越南进口水产品37.35万吨、货值76.46亿元人民币，在报检、查验中均未发现相关报道中提及的帝王蟹、虾夷贝等 日本“辐射海鲜”产品。

　　此外，该局机场口岸相关负责人也表示，南宁、桂林、北海的机场口岸都不具备进境食用水生动物指定口岸资质。换句话说，进口水产品都不能通过航空渠道摆上南宁人的餐桌。

　　业内人士分析称，海鲜水产品，存活期一般不超过两天。要保证海鲜进口的存活率，就要利用空运等手段，再加上耗损，成本非常高，并不如冷链储存来得实惠，所以市场上大部分进口海鲜都是冻品。如果出现和冷冻海鲜价格相差无几的进口鲜活海鲜，就很有可能是冒牌货。

　　业内人士表示，目前尚未有任何解除国家质检总局2011年第44号公告的新公告出台，这也意味着日本海鲜禁令一直有效。据了解，目前，广西相关部门正在对涉案的广西牌照车辆进行调查。

　　8月21日，青岛海关公布了一起前不久查获的海鲜走私大案。以境外采购、绕关走私、境内销售的专业走私团伙近两年来共走私帝王蟹等高档海鲜5000余吨，案值高达2.3亿元。

　　据央视报道称，在年初的市场调研中，青岛海关缉私局烟台分局的缉私人员发现，市场上一些高档海鲜零售价格明显低于正常报关进口价格，更奇怪的是，一些企业大 量的虾夷贝、帝王蟹，还有一些鱼都是通过广西牌照车辆运输，“我们觉得，原产于日本、俄罗斯、美国的产品为什么从广西运过来？肯定不符合正常逻辑”。侦查 后海关缉私人员发现，这些海鲜中部分高档海鲜产自日本福岛附近海域。

　　该报道称，虽然全程冷链运输加大了进口海鲜成本，但面对价格低廉的问题海鲜，走私分子仍有较大利润空间。

　　直到今年6月底，侦查员得知公司掌控者王某将从美国回国。6月24日，在烟台蓬莱国际机场，王某一下飞机就被蹲守的缉私警察抓获。

　　与此同时，海关缉私部门在山东、福建、广西、沈阳等地对其他涉案人员也展开了同步抓捕。

　　海关缉私人员发现，这些海鲜绕道越南，不仅为了逃避国家税款，还逃避了检验检疫，因为其中有部分高档海鲜产自日本福岛附近海域。

　　自2011年日本“3·11”大地震后，日本福岛附近海域所产海鲜受到核辐射的污染，几乎所有国家都禁止进口产自该地区的海鲜，连当地民众都不食用这些海鲜，使福岛附近海域的高档海鲜价格跌入谷底。

　　国家质检总局就发布《关于进一步加强从日本进口食品农产品检验检疫监管的公告》（总局2011年第44号公告），其中明确提到，自即日起，禁止从日本福岛县、群马县、栃木县、茨城县、宫城县、山形县等12个都县进口食品、食用农产品及饲料。

　　目前，这起案件一共抓获犯罪嫌疑人14名，查获涉嫌走私进口的冻虾夷贝、扇贝柱、冻虾、帝王蟹一批。
