　　据了解，这批飞行员通过航母飞行资质认证，实现了中国舰载战斗机飞行员由军地协作向海军部队自主培训的重大转变。标志着中国海军舰载战斗机飞行员自主培养体系日趋完善，是海军航母建设的又一重要里程碑。

　　今年4月27日，张超在驾驶战机进行陆基模拟着舰训练时，飞机突发电传故障，危急关头，他果断处置，尽最大努力挽救战机，推杆无效、被迫跳伞，坠地后受重伤，经抢救无效壮烈牺牲，年仅29岁。

　　舰载战斗机飞行员培养是一项难度极大的全新事业，面对未知领域多、风险挑战大、训练任务重、安全风险高的实际，中国海军各级把舰载战斗机飞行员驾机上舰作为飞行训练的重中之重，严格训练秩序，严把技术规范，严控安全风险，精心筹划、稳扎稳打，严把飞行员选拔关、改装质量关、风险管控关，科学优化训练流程，确保了各项任务有序推进。
