扬州“大江化工”污染环境案开庭 275万行贿多名官员

　　中新网南京8月24日电  (记者 崔佳明)24日，扬州江都“大江化工”涉嫌违法排污及行贿案在高邮法院开审。这是一起环保领域腐败案件，当地多名官员因收受钱财、充当违规企业保护伞落马，落马官员涉及当地环保、公安等系统多个要害部门。
　　一家化工企业放倒了多名官员，此前在2014年7月23日扬州召开的市委六届七次全会上，扬州市委书记谢正义怒批这些顶风违纪的官员，“太过分了，胡作非为，贪得无厌，麻木不仁。”
　　法院开庭公开审理“大江化工”、李玉江、盛长庆、徐传友污染环境及行贿案件。被告人李玉江(“大江化工”法定代表人)、盛长庆、徐传友因涉嫌污染环境被提起公诉。
　　根据起诉书，涉嫌污染环境犯罪主要包括：在三年时间内，通过暗管向新通扬运河排放含有重金属镉、汞的废水，导致相关水域水质异常。新通扬运河在扬州市东部，可自流引长江水灌溉，也可排涝，是引水、排灌、航运河道，因与通扬运河相邻而得名。
　　涉嫌单位行贿犯罪，主要有向左智慧(扬州油田公安分局原局长，此前曾任江都公安局副局长)、徐春元(江都环保局原局长)、张永根(江都公安局原副局长)、谭在美(江都宜陵镇原书记)等多次行贿275万元。左智慧、徐春元、张永根、谭在美均因犯受贿罪在2015年分别被判处有期徒刑8年、有期徒刑8年6个月、有期徒刑8年、有期徒刑7年。
　　目前，庭审正在进行。法院表示，因为案情复杂，涉案事由众多，光案情卷宗就多达上百页，此外还有视听资料和电子数据等，难以当庭宣判，对于该案的审理进度，法庭会第一时间通报。
