近期，中国国家食药监总局组织抽检水产制品、蜂产品、调味品、食糖、蔬菜制品、食用油、油脂及其制品、乳制品等7类食品430批次样品，检出不合格样品6批次。其中，天猫、京东、一号店等电商平台所售产品均上榜。据国家食药监总局官网通报，不合格产品情况如下：

轩记旗舰店在天猫(网站)销售的标称连云港珍仙食品有限公司生产的轩记海带，铅(以Pb计)检出值为2.3 mg/kg。比标准规定(不超过1.0 mg/kg(干重计))高出1.3倍。

岐秦食品专营店在天猫(网站)商城销售的标称岐山县岐味源食品有限公司生产的岐山香醋，菌落总数检出值为14000CFU/ml。比标准规定(不超过10000CFU/ml)高40%。

京东商城自营店在其网站销售的标称北京开元益通商贸有限公司望都分公司生产的田人单晶体冰糖，二氧化硫检出值为46.3 mg/kg。比标准规定(不超过20 mg/kg)高出1.3倍。

特瑞肯食品专营店在一号店(网站)销售的标称北京杨林工贸有限公司生产的厨小丫单晶冰糖，二氧化硫检出值为42.4 mg/kg。比标准规定(不超过20 mg/kg)高出1.1倍。

彭州市天彭镇文广调味品店销售的标称四川省彭州市顺香调味食品厂生产的小米辣，二氧化硫检出值为0.16g/kg。比标准规定(不超过0.1g/kg)高60%。

南京市鼓楼区食安万家百货超市店销售的标称江苏日高蜂产品有限公司生产的蜂花粉(油菜)，铅检出值为2.1 mg/kg。比标准规定(不超过0.5 mg/kg)高出3.2倍。

值得注意的是，其中有3批次产品二氧化硫超标。国家食药监总局同时在官网作出进一步解释，硫磺作为加工助剂，在制糖工艺生产过程中生成二氧化硫，起到澄清、漂白作用。《单晶体冰糖》(QB/T 1173-2002)规定单晶体冰糖的二氧化硫残留量≤20 mg/kg。冰糖中二氧化硫超标的主要原因有可能是生产工艺控制不好，导致二氧化硫残留量超标，也可能是制糖原料和其他助剂含硫，造成二氧化硫残留。二氧化硫进入人体后最终转化为硫酸盐并随尿液排出体外，少量二氧化硫进入人体不会对身体带来健康危害，但若过量食用可能引起如恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应。

此外，国家食品药品监督管理总局指出，对上述抽检中发现的不合格产品，生产企业所在地北京、江苏、四川、陕西等省(市)食品药品监管部门已责令企业查清产品流向，召回不合格产品，并分析原因进行整改；经营单位所在地北京、上海、江苏、浙江、四川等省(市)食品药品监管部门已要求有关单位立即采取下架等措施，控制风险，并依法予以查处。查处情况于2016年10月31日前报国家食品药品监督管理总局并向社会公布。
