　　从赣州的兴国县城出发，沿着便捷的乡村公路前行，不到半小时便可到达杰村乡含田村。百亩白莲基地荷花竞艳，千亩蔬菜基地大棚整齐，万亩油茶基地在山间蜿蜒……走进含田村，扶贫产业发展处处散发着勃勃生机，呈现出一派欣欣向荣的喜人景象。

　　23日上午9点多，56岁的杨兰英正在含田蔬菜基地大棚里翻地、除草。“每天上班8小时，长工每天70元工钱，每月还有三天假，比起种田划算得多。”杨兰英告诉记者，丈夫患有糖尿病不能干重活，家里发展动力不足，全家基本上只能靠她一人；小孙女正在上小学一年级，也需要人照顾接送，相比单纯的种田，这份工作灵活很多。

　　“一个月能拿近2000元工资，比以前种田收入高了很多。”杨兰英笑着说。她所在的含田蔬菜基地规划面积1000亩，建设连体大棚100亩、单体钢架大棚900亩，主要种植芦笋、西红柿等，年产蔬菜5000吨、产值2000万。基地参与种植贫困户30户、务工50多人。

　　基地有关负责人介绍，蔬菜基地逐渐完善了排水、喷滴灌等基础设施，采取“公司+基地+贫困户”的发展模式，还专门聘请了山东寿光的专业技术人员指导，改变传统的蔬菜种植方式，实行错季种植、专业发展，推行种植春提早和秋延后两季蔬菜，提高种植水平和产出效益。“这样贫困户一年四季基本上都能来基地务工。基地还充分利用企业的成熟销售渠道，与农超（公司）和学生营养餐供应链有效对接、共同受益。”该负责人说。

　　含田村村民说，村子里水源充沛，上游的拦河坝，使得村里的水渠、灌排渠一年四季都有水，种植白莲优势明显。在蔬菜基地不远处，淡淡荷香清爽扑鼻。虽然到了8月下旬，百亩荷塘里仍有朵朵荷花盛开。记者了解到，为帮助贫困户增强发展动力，含田村通过“合作社+基地+农户”模式，吸收80户莲农（其中贫困户27户）成为合作社社员，合作社免费提供种苗、技术指导，并以市场价收购白莲，年亩产收入平均可达4000元。

　　尤为可喜的是，兴国县杰村乡万亩油茶基地位于含田等3个村庄，规划面积3万亩，其中生态林1.7万亩、油茶种植1.3万亩，目前已完成林地流转、人工整带、苗木定植8500亩，年内全面完成基地开发建设，解决当地贫困户用工500余人。

　　“除了参加这些基地的务工，村民们还能通过土地、资金、劳动力入股。有钱赚了，自然很高兴。”杨兰英说。

　　目前，含田村实现了多样化形式带动农户发展，建档立卡的贫困户达110户396人，可以通过土地流转，按不同地类每年每亩可获得400到600元收入；在资金入股方面，每户贫困户还可以通过扶贫信贷，投入基地发展生产，基地将对贫困户按20%的年收益分红；再加上县贫困户到基地务工，户均可增收8000元以上。不仅如此，村里还实行反租倒包，基地给每户贫困户免费提供2亩大棚，以及喷滴灌设施、种子、肥料、农药等，每户每年可增收2万元。

　　自精准扶贫工作启动以来，含田村推行“选准一个产业、打造一个龙头、建立一套利益联结机制、扶持一笔资金、培育一套服务体系”的“五个一”产业发展模式，根据自身的自然条件，积极探索产业扶贫新模式，在做大做强传统种养产业的同时求突破、求创新、求转型，大力培育油茶、蔬菜、白莲、光伏发电等特色优势产业，走出了一条产业扶贫的新路子。

　　“产业扶贫是贫困户脱贫的突破口，也是确保贫困户脱贫不返贫的最有效方法。要帮助贫困户实现快速增收、稳定增收、持续增收，就必须坚持‘渔鱼并授’理念。”杰村乡党委书记危先民这样说。

　　现在，含田村村民有人在基地务工，有人采摘莲蓬在莲池旁叫卖，有人在家里“坐享”股金收入，含田村村民，特别是贫困户，通过务工、入股等多项形式，共享着产业发展的新成果。

　　其实，含田村的转型发展恰恰是整个兴国县扶贫发展的缩影。目前兴国县出台了光伏、蔬菜等6个产业发展方案，率先启动了4个光伏扶贫贫困村，近年来还全面推进棚户区改造，儿童福利院也正式投入了使用，并不断开展“兴国表嫂”等家政培训班，扎实推进农网改造升级……
