　　云南省委原副书记仇和案有了最新进展。今天（8月25日），贵阳市中院25日一审公开开庭审理了仇和受贿一案。

　　据贵阳市人民检察院起诉指控：2008年至2015年，仇和利用担任中共云南省委常委、昆明市委书记，云南省委副书记等职务上的便利及职权和地位形成的便利条件，为他人在项目推进、银行贷款、工作调整等事项上提供帮助，非法收受、索取刘卫高等13人财物，共计折合人民币2433万余元。

　　仇和背后的神秘男人

　　“海运仓内参”（ID：hycplb）注意到，刘卫高是指控中唯一被提到的人名。此人是谁？

　　刘卫高，浙江义乌人，祖籍宿迁市沭阳县。一名当时招商的官员回忆，2003年前后，刘卫高带着一百多万在宿迁开办了江苏芬那丝有限公司。正是此时，刘卫高结识了仇和。从此之后，刘卫高紧跟仇和步伐十多年。

　　尽管二人之间官商勾结关联紧密，但随着仇和的仕途攀升，刘卫高的生意也越做越大。2005年，仇和主政的宿迁市政府提出全力支持刘卫高投资建设义乌国际商贸城，这是当时宿迁最大的外来投资项目。

　　刘卫高与仇和可谓“一荣俱荣，一损俱损”。2015年3月16日，仇和被立案调查，第二天，时任中豪商业集团有限公司董事长的刘卫高便“因个人原因辞职”。

　　仇和被“秒杀”模式不罕见

　　关注时政的朋友或许还记得，仇和落马的时间比较特殊，恰好在2015年全国两会闭幕当天。值得注意的是，仇和也是中纪委“秒杀”贪腐官员的典型对象。

　　所谓“秒杀”，就是中纪委公布该官员被查的消息与该官员上次公开露面的时间相距很短。一般来说，该官员还能公开露面、发表讲话、出席活动，往往被外界视为“安全”的信号。当然，这并非固定规律，也有一些官员露面后不久就被宣布调查，显然，在此之前，其违纪行为就已经被纪委注意到了。

　　仇和就是这样被“秒杀”的。全国两会闭幕当天，仇和与一汽董事长徐建一被查，两人被宣布调查的时间相隔仅五个小时。据了解，仇和与徐建一都在当天上午的会议上“露面”，并在本省代表团驻地被带走。他们在同日被带走，又在同日被中纪委公布了被查的消息。

　　据“海运仓内参”（ID：hycplb）观察，除了前面提到的仇和，杨卫泽、白雪山、周本顺、万庆良等“老虎”的落马速度也十分快，堪称“秒杀”。不过，“秒杀”的最快记录是王保安案。今年1月26日，国家统计局党组书记、局长王保安涉嫌严重违纪被调查。当天下午三四点，王保安出席了国家统计局的吹风会，就当前经济形势答记者问，17时50分，新华社发布了吹风会的消息。仅仅不到一小时后，18时40分，王保安被查的消息赫然登上中纪委官网。
