　　新京报快讯(记者贾世煜)G20峰会即将在杭州召开。8月25日，《二十国集团(G20)国家创新竞争力发展报告(2015-2016)》黄皮书在京发布。该报告指出，美国、英国、日本位列G20成员的前三名。中国排名第9位，也是G20集团中唯一进入前十名的发展中国家。

　　报告介绍，在本评价期内，中国国家创新竞争力得分增幅比较显著，上升了2.6分，远高于G20国家创新竞争力得分的平均变化水平(+0.5分);中国是作为发展中国家创新竞争力排名最高的国家，说明这些年中国实施创新驱动战略取得了明显成效，有力地提升了国家创新竞争力。

　　报告分析，国家创新竞争力较高的国家主要分布在发达国家，9个发达国家全部处于第一方阵和第二方阵，只有排在第9位的中国是发展中国家，这突出反映了发达国家长期以来经济、社会发展基础比较好，创新投入、创新人才资源和创新制度环境优势明显，因此，这些国家创新能力和竞争力也比较强。

　　据介绍，该黄皮书是由福建师范大学、科技部中国科学技术交流中心和中央党校国际战略研究院等单位联合攻关的研究成果。黄皮书根据二十国集团(G20)各成员创新发展的实际，构建了G20国家创新竞争力评价指标体系(由1个一级指标、5个二级指标、33个三级指标组成)和数学模型，对2013-2014年二十国集团(G20)各成员国的国家创新竞争力进行评价分析，为G20各成员提升国家创新能力提供参考依据。
