  新京报快讯(记者 贾世煜)今日,记者从国防科工局获悉,高分辨三号卫星获取的首批影像图对外公布。首批影像图影像清晰,层次分明,信息丰富,微波反射特征明显,包括北京首都机场、福建厦门、天津港、洪泽湖、黄海海域等卫星影像,涵盖聚束、条带、扫描、全极化等高分辨三号卫星载荷典型成像模式图像,反映了不同成像模式下地貌影像特点及海洋环境监测等情况。


  高分辨三号卫星于8月10日成功发射后,经卫星姿态稳定及状态建立,于15日首次开机成像并下传数据,目前已完成SAR载荷全部12种成像模式等测试工作。中科院遥感与数字地球研究所密云、喀什、三亚卫星地面站和国家卫星海洋应用中心牡丹江卫星地面站负责接收卫星数据,中国资源卫星应用中心对获取的数据完成了标准化处理,生产出初级产品。


  2016年12月完成地面系统测试工作后将转入应用测试与评价工作。应用测试期间,高分辨三号卫星主用户国家海洋局、民政部、水利部、中国气象局及其他用户部门和有关区域,将利用高分辨三号卫星获取的数据,开展卫星图像质量和应用评价。??


  高分辨三号卫星是中国首颗分辨率达到1米的C频段多极化合成孔径雷达(SAR)卫星,也是国内首颗设计寿命8年的低轨遥感卫星,可全天候、全天时监视监测全球海洋和陆地资源,能够高时效地实现不同应用模式下1米至500米分辨率、10公里至650公里幅宽的微波遥感数据获取,为海洋环境监测与权益维护、灾害监测与评估、水利设施监测与水资源评价管理、气象研究等业务提供了全新技术手段。
