　　关于对“6.27”事件问题查处情况的通报

　　2016年6月27日上午，潜江市部分人员利用微信群传播请愿书，擅自上街游行，聚集请愿等方式，要求政府停止引进奥古斯特项目，造成了很坏的社会影响。

　　近日，潜江市纪委监察局对“6.27”事件中，参与组建微信群传播游行消息、利用微信群传播“潜江市民请愿书”、擅自上街游行等违反政治纪律行为严肃查处，给予党政纪处分9人，诫勉谈话5人，批评教育40人。现通报如下。

　　一、处置情况

　　（一）转发请愿书人员

　　1、周红梅，女，中共党员、市国土资源执法监察支队工会主任。2016年6月26日上午8时20分许，周红梅先后在6个微信群转发“潜江市民请愿书”，受到党内警告处分。

　　2、刘明，男，中共党员，湖北广电网络潜江分公司竹根滩经营部副经理。2016年6月25日晚，刘明先后加入5个“农药厂抵制”微信群，并先后在3个微信群转发“潜江市民请愿书”，受到党内警告处分。

　　3、廖晓琴，女，中共党员，中石油潜江片区银源加油站经理。2016年6月26日晚，廖晓琴先后在不同的微信群4次转发“潜江市民请愿书”，受到党内警告处分。

　　4、胡玉美，女，潜江市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心妇保科主任。2016年6月26日7时许，胡美玉先后在4个微信群转发“潜江市民请愿书”，受到行政警告处分。

　　5、李莉，女，潜江市曹禺中学教师。2016年6月26日9时至13时，李莉先后在4个微信群转发“潜江市民请愿书”、给市委的一封信及相关视频，受到行政警告处分。

　　6、郑雨晴，女，潜江市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心护士。2016年6月26日早上8时50分许，郑雨睛先后在3个微信群转发“潜江市民请愿书”，受到行政警告处分。

　　7、李艳，女，潜江市规划执法监察支队泰丰规划执法监察大队工作人员。2016年6月26日8时30分许，李艳在1个微信群转发“潜江市民请愿书”；6月27日游行当天，李艳还在某微信群发表煽动参与游行的言论，受到行政警告处分。

　　周红梅、刘明、廖晓琴、胡玉美、李莉、郑雨晴等6人多次转发煽动举行非法游行、集会活动的市民请愿书；李艳转发煽动举行非法游行、集会活动的市民请愿书，且公开发表煽动性言论，均构成违反政治纪律错误。

　　（二）参与游行人员

　　1、黄琴，女，潜江市中心医院输液室护士。2016年6月27日11时许，黄琴未经批准参加非法游行、集会活动，并在现场附和起哄，构成违反政治纪律错误，受到行政记过处分。

　　2、张超，男，潜江市自来水公司稽查大队职工。2016年6月27日上午8点40分许，张超未经请假，擅自脱岗，参加非法游行、集会活动，构成违反政治纪律、工作纪律错误，受到行政记过处分。

　　（三）现场围观人员

　　杨又雄（男，中共党员，潜江市疾控中心工会主席）、李振林（男，潜江市第二实验小学总务处主任）、刘小琴（女，潜江市园林第三小学教师）、王守成（男，市财政局机关后勤服务中心离岗退养人员）等4人，作为党员、事业单位工作人员，政治敏感性不强，对非法游行、集会活动不仅不予抵制，还到现场进行围观，造成了不良的社会影响，均受到诫勉谈话处理。

　　（四）微信群群主

　　彭云，男，中共党员，潜江市房地产管理监察大队工作人员。作为微信群群主，彭云对群员转发请愿书、发表不当言论的行为没有制止，对其妻发布游行视频、评论的行为没有制止和正面引导，还回复煽动性言论，构成违反政治纪律错误，受到诫勉谈话处理。
