三亚市人民检察院提起公诉称：被告人周阳于1999年年底至2014年期间，利用其担任海南天涯水业（集团）公司总经理、董事长，三亚中法供水有限公司董事长，三亚市天涯海角旅游发展有限公司董事长、总经理等的职务便利，为三亚家美装饰工程有限公司法定代表人陈惠×、湛江市机电安装工程有限公司原项目经理赵明×等人，在承揽公司工程项目及拨付工程款等方面谋取利益。周阳先后收受上述人员给予的财物，共计价值人民币472.35万元。
公诉机关认为，被告人周阳利用积务便利，收受他人财务，为他人牟取利益，其行为已触犯《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百八十五条第一款、第三百八十六条、第三百八十三条第一款、第二款之规定，应当以受贿罪追究刑事责任。
