以支付宝还钱是假诈骗钱财是真
在这起济南火车站系列诈骗案中，犯罪嫌疑人是如何在人员密集的火车站里骗取这么多人的钱财呢？
受害人淄博师专的张凯月表示，当时想，给了他几百块钱后，他会用支付宝及时转账还款，自己并不会有损失。人出门在外，谁都会遇到难事，能帮一把就帮一把。
张凯月取出700元现金给了犯罪嫌疑人，而犯罪嫌疑人向张凯月出示了一张假的支付宝截图，以此证明转账正在进行。过了一会，张凯月还是没看到支付宝即时到帐，犯罪嫌疑人解释称，因火车站信号不好，支付宝还款不能及时到账，让张凯月两小时后再查收。
因着急赶火车，张凯月就没再等下去。后来，她多次和这名陌生男子联系，却联系不上。直到警方跟她联系，她才知道自己被骗了。

李鑫指出，若生成的账单上有个“等待付款”，还有个“立即付款”，这说明，这个账单并没有付账。犯罪嫌疑人把此界面扩拉放大、遮屏，“等待付款”“立即付款”字样会被遮住。
犯罪嫌疑人给被骗人出示的是中间部分，被骗人一看，转账金额、自己的支付宝昵称、支付宝账号、转账二字都在，以为钱已经转过了，就会把现金给犯罪嫌疑人。
年轻女性成被诈骗主体
据办案人员介绍，这起案件中，被骗的基本上都是年轻女性，尤其女大学生居多。
李鑫指出，犯罪嫌疑人选择这些年轻的女性旅客作为侵害对象，主要是因为这些人中，有些是刚毕业不久、社会阅历浅的大学生，她们有一种正义感，想积极回报社会。犯罪嫌疑人抓住了这种心理，对这些人群实施诈骗，得手概率相对高一些。
受害者：权当花钱买教训
由于被骗金额大都是几百块钱，加之受害人碍于面子等原因，有些受害人干脆放弃调查或指证，这均给打击诈骗、惩罚犯罪带来不利。
李鑫指出，整个案件侦查历时两个多月，找到了60多个愿意配合调查取证的证人。此外，还联系上了很多受害人，他们往往说自己被骗的钱比较少，不愿意配合这个取证工作，权当是花钱买教训。
警方提醒：提高防范意识不要轻信转账截图
针对目前有关支付宝的网络电信诈骗手段，民警提醒：
提高防范意识。不要轻易相信陌生人，与其进行网上转账交易；在网上转账交易时，不要轻易相信转账截图，最好直接登录网银或去ATM机、银行柜台查询，以免上当受骗。
要掌握余额宝等网络金融理财产品的官方客服联系方式，对通过搜索引擎搜索出来的官方网站或客服电话等信息保持审慎态度。
不要点击陌生人发送的链接、压缩包，收到后缀为“.apk”的文件应警惕，不要点击下载。
在出售或外借电脑时，务必清理电脑中的个人隐私内容，特别是常用的账号和密码。
在日常使用中，勿保存网银、支付宝等账号密码，一旦电脑中木马，应立即在安全的电脑上（不要在已中木马的电脑上）修改账户密码，同时致电相关客服确认安全。
