通报称，控告人郑学忠系该“赌博机”场所的经营人员，承认其与他人合伙开设“赌博机”场所企图进行赌博牟利活动的违法事实。目前，案件正在进一步审理中。
针对控告材料对民警打砸行为的程序合法性提出的质疑，通报称，在现场执法过程中，茶园派出所民警曾对3台本应收缴后集中销毁的大型“赌博机”进行敲打以破坏其使用功能，执法不够规范。该局将进一步加强对民警的教育培训，真正做到规范、文明执法。
