河南烟草系统60名干部向原局长行贿买官被处理
新京报快讯(记者王姝)8月26日，国家烟草局党组晒出的《关于专项巡视整改情况的通报》披露：对涉嫌向2012年案发的河南省局原主要负责人郑建民行贿买官的60名干部，作出了进一步严肃处理，追究49人(含1名厅级干部)的党政纪责任;给予16人组织处理(5人同时追究党政纪责任)，其中3人被免职、1名厅级干部改任非领导职务、12人被调岗。
郑建民原任河南省烟草专卖局局长，已于2014年被判处无期徒刑。公开履历显示，他1985年起任新郑卷烟厂厂长，在担任厂长期间，“芒果”成为全中国国产销量最大的品牌之一。郑建民因此成为全国五一劳动奖章获得者。
法院查明，郑建民多次收受他人现金、购物卡、照相器材、手表、房屋、金条等折合人民币2822.35万元，另收受美元3.58万元、欧元1.12万元，索取他人人民币65万元。其受贿索贿金额近3000万元。
2014年庭审时，曝出河南中烟公司营销中心原总监史建超、焦作市烟草专卖局原局长李光明等人曾向郑建民行贿。此番巡视整改通报显示，当年为了升官向郑建民行贿的烟草系统官员，就达60人。

通报中还提到，烟草局机关及8家专业公司违规发放了24.5万元子女入托入学赞助费;某省烟草专卖局在牡丹江镜泊湖购建了“职工培训中心”。烟草局党组称，上述问题均已处理，子女入托入学赞助费已经被清退收回，位于镜泊湖景区的“职工培训中心”现已挂牌转让。
通报还显示，巡视整改期间，烟草系统5名省级直属单位一把手被问责，7名不适宜担任现职的地市级一把手被调岗。
