　　中国警察网讯 记者王莉莉报道：8月26日，自1988年起连续在14年间强奸、杀害多名女性的犯罪嫌疑人高某在甘肃省白银市落网。高某对犯罪事实供认不讳，甘肃内蒙古 “8·05”系列强奸杀人残害女性案成功告破。这是中国公安部刑事侦查局组织开展疑难命案积案攻坚行动以来侦破的又一起在全国影响巨大的案件。

　　1988年至2002年，甘肃省白银市白银区先后发生多起强奸残害女性的系列杀人案件，首案距今已有28年之久。期间，内蒙古自治区包头市昆都仑区也发 生过类似案件。犯罪分子作案手段十分残忍，不仅强奸、杀害女性，还用刀切割女性生殖器官、人体组织等，受害人中年龄最小的仅8岁，社会影响极其恶劣，在当 地造成严重恐慌。2001年8月，此案被中国公安部列为督办案件。2004年8月5日，中国公安部组织专家对案件进行会诊，将白银、包头两地案件并案，确定为甘肃 内蒙古“8·05”系列强奸杀人残害女性案。尽管各级公安机关全力侦办此案，但案件迟迟没有取得实质性突破。

　　截至目前，中国公安部疑难命案积案攻坚行动已破获3起疑难积案，山西省绛县“2010·4·19”案件、贵州省 贵阳市花溪区“2·10”连环杀害女性案和甘肃内蒙古“8·05”系列强奸杀人残害女性案的成功告破大快人心，特别是案发地群众纷纷采取多种方式进行庆 贺。此外，当年具有广泛影响的广东省深圳市杀人碎尸、剥离受害人脸皮案件也已取得重大突破，此案案发时间距今近20年，犯罪嫌疑人已到案，案件正在进一步 侦办中。
