甘肃系列强奸杀人案历时28年告破 嫌犯信息公布|连环杀人案_新闻资讯

　　8月26日，经公安机关连续奋战，涉嫌1988年5月至2002年2月在我省白银及内蒙古包头两地实施强奸杀人作案11起，杀死11人的犯罪嫌疑人高某（男，52岁），在白银市被公安机关成功抓获。经初审，高某对其所犯罪行供认不讳，部督白银“8·05”系列强奸杀人残害女性案历时28年成功告破。

　　据了解，此案因作案手段残忍，社会影响恶劣，久侦未破，被公安机关于2001年8月立为部督案件。2015年3月，省公安厅决定重启侦查工作，省、 市公安机关全力投入，抽调精干专家力量，紧紧围绕指纹和DNA两个方面深入开展侦查工作。近日，省公安厅通过DNA-Y染色体检验，初步确定了犯罪嫌疑 人，经过指纹比对和DNA进一步比对，最终确定犯罪嫌疑人高承勇（男，汉族，1964年11月10日生，甘肃榆中县人，身份证号为 620123196411100018，户籍所在地为兰州市榆中县青城镇城河村428号）。8月26日，办案民警在白银市工业学校一小卖部内将其抓获。经 初步审讯，犯罪嫌疑人高承勇对其在1988年5月至2002年2月间实施强奸杀人作案11起，杀死11人的犯罪事实供认不讳。目前，案件后续侦查预审工作 正在有序进行。
