徐玉玉之死引发全国关注。昨日中国公安部对6名电信诈骗嫌犯发布A级通缉令：5人来自福建泉州，3人户籍地在安溪。在官方确认陈文辉自首前，安溪一官员称，不能因为极少数几个人抹黑政府形象和努力。
今日下午，头号嫌犯陈文辉仍在逃，其父称一直想劝儿自首却联系不上。据警方消息，今晚陈已自首。

陈文辉的姐姐也表态称，无论如何都会找到他，不会逃避，会主动积极配合调查。随即，她和父母跨上摩托车，前往派出所，留下十几个村民议论纷纷。
“要是知道（他在干诈骗的事），我们肯定把他拉回来啊。”陈文辉亲属和邻居讲述，陈文辉小时候跟普通孩子一样调皮捣蛋，不爱学习，成绩也不好，初中还没毕业就辍学在家。
辍学后，陈文辉帮家里采茶叶，又出去打零工，“应该是这阵子接触到电信诈骗，一个带一个的，家人并不知道这回事，知道肯定拉他回来。”
陈文辉的另一亲属还透露，陈文辉已于去年年初举办婚礼，但没领结婚证，目前有两个孩子，一个三岁，一个仅出生2个月。两个孩子由陈文辉的父母照顾。此外，陈文辉家中以种茶为生，前些年只有一层平房。

安溪官员：不能因为少数几个人抹黑政府形象
“大多数人还是在老老实实种茶叶，再说了，年轻人出去混，哪知道在干啥。”在村民眼中，陈文辉与大多数外出打工的年轻人并无特别之处。尽管安溪是中国“铁观音之乡”，但青壮年大多嫌来钱慢选择外出打工，村中多是留守老人和妇女小孩。
据多位村民称，村里不到千人，多是老弱妇孺留守，搞茶叶生意，年轻人大多嫌来钱慢外出打工了。年轻人中坚持念完高中的并不多，这两年考上大学的才逐渐多起来。
“有听说外出的人搞电信诈骗，但他们平时不会说，毕竟这是犯罪啊。”村中一名中年男子强调。
安溪一名大学生私下透露，他身边有一些同学参与电信诈骗，大多20岁出头，因辍学待业或工作不好才接触电信诈骗。但他们往往都比较谨慎，从不说电信诈骗的事，平时都不在当地，各个省份都有，这几年也有出国的。
“有些人干到现在，有些人接触后发现不好赚就撤了”。据其称，“前些年还经常听到谁被抓，或者谁赚钱了，但现在比较少”。
今日下午，陈文辉自首消息确认之前，安溪县一名官员表示，政府一直在竭尽全力打击电信诈骗，“这二十年不遗余力，高压快速，全力以赴打击，也得到了一些认可，不能因为极个别几个人抹黑安溪形象。”

“技术手段也很好，所以电信诈骗的都跑外地了。”对方举例称，当地会监测手机信号基站，一天发短信超过规定数目则会锁定定位，继而调查。
