“每名员工一年有12次带家属入园游玩的福利，一次最多不超过3人。其中，双休日和所有节假日都是禁止通行日，其余时间可以走通道直接入园。”有黄牛告诉记者，内部有不少员工会将名额转让给他们。
上海迪士尼度假区官方就此说法回应媒体，迪士尼乐园已采取各项严格措施来保障游客体验，包括在安保方面与政府部门紧密合作。但对于黄牛“无需持票可从员工通道入园”的说法，迪士尼官方予以否认。
据知情人士透露，迪士尼对于员工的违规做法有明确的纪律规定，“如果存在转卖福利票、私自带人入园等情况，员工可能会被劝退或开除”。
