“央视新闻”微信公号8月28日消息，近日，黑龙江省哈尔滨市近200名孩子在参加暑期培训班的游泳课后，陆续出现高烧、眼睛红肿发胀、嗓子发炎等症状。哈尔滨市疾病控制中心对该泳池进行了水质检测，结果显示余氯、大肠菌群、细菌总数三项指标不合格。
孩子暑假学游泳，出现高烧、腹痛、呕吐
李女士的女儿在哈尔滨市游泳运动项目训练中心游泳馆报名参加了暑期游泳培训班，经过几次培训后，身体出现了不适症状。7月20日后，李女士女儿出现发高烧、腹痛、呕吐等症状。
李女士介绍，女儿经过住院治疗，虽然病症好了，但是经过化验，某些指标仍然存在异常。
患病孩子家长李女士：她（女儿）以前没这样过，现在游泳馆已经有将近三百个孩子了，全是这个症状。
患病孩子的家长梁先生：去了以后，8月20日、21日开始发烧，和他一起去的那小孩，比他还早一天就开始发烧。
患病孩子的家长李先生：据孩子回来讲，不光我的孩子讲，很多孩子讲，水都是绿的，孩子学游泳，孩子封闭式（学游泳），把大人挡在外边，孩子进到里面，我们看不到里面的水质。
水体三项指标不合格，大肠杆菌爆表
哈尔滨市儿童游泳培训班学员出现身体异常情况后，哈尔滨市政府成立事件应急处置领导小组，疾病控制中心对涉事游泳馆的水体展开调查。
据初步调查，哈尔滨市游泳运动项目训练中心，从7月11日至8月23日共招收暑期学员1100人，均在训练中心地下一层进行游泳培训。截至8月25日16时，通过申报登记了解到，出现身体异常状况的学员共185人，其中住院治疗64人，门诊治疗121人。
8月26日，哈尔滨市疾病控制中心公布了该泳池的水质检测结果：余氯浓度为0.08毫克每升，低于0.3-0.5毫克每升的国家标准；大肠菌群大于230个每升，而国家的标准是小于或等于18个每升；细菌总数1470个每毫升，而国家的标准是小于或等于1000个每毫升。
哈尔滨市卫生计生委副主任于仁杰：细菌总数、大肠菌群都严重超标，尤其是大肠菌群达到了230个/升，通俗讲就已经达到爆表了。
还有余氯，这项指标就是杀毒剂的残留，这项指标要稍稍高一点，它要是低，说明水没有消毒能力了。所以我们判定，水质是严重污染的。
目前，该游泳中心地下一层泳池已被停止使用。哈尔滨市卫生计生委将对该游泳池启动行政处罚程序。
初步认定游泳池水污染是引起感染主因
依据流行病学调查分析，本次事件由于无共同饮用水和进餐史，可排除食物因素和生活饮用水因素。结合游泳池水检测结果和发病人员均有在游泳馆游泳的接触史，卫生部门初步认定游泳池水污染是引起该事件的主要原因，并全力开展患病儿童救治工作，开辟救治绿色通道，确保患儿得到及时有效救治。
