　　第二次开湖捕捞时间为9月29日至10月23日，每日6时至18时，为期25天，捕捞水域为滇池外海，允许使用人力（风力）拖网捕捞银鱼和虾，禁止捕捞大鱼（鲤、鲫、鲢、鳙、鲌等）。

　　从10月23日18时起至下次开湖捕捞前一天为滇池封湖禁渔期。期间，禁止任何单位和个人在滇池水域进行任何形式的捕捞活动。此外，部分湖湾是滇池鱼虾常年栖息、产卵、繁殖的主要场所，常年封湖禁渔。
