　　每日甘肃网8月28日讯（兰州晨报记者赵野） 8月27日，中国公安部称，自1988年起，连续在14年间强奸、杀害多名女性的犯罪嫌疑人高承勇在甘肃省白银市落网。高承勇对犯罪事实供认不讳，甘蒙“8·05”系列强奸杀人残害女性案成功告破。这是中国公安部刑事侦查局组织开展疑难命案积案攻坚行动以来侦破的又一起在全国影响巨大的案件。

　　1988年至2002年，甘肃省白银市白银区先后发生多起强奸残害女性的系列杀人案件，首案距今已有28年之久。其间，内蒙古自治区包头市昆都仑区也发生过类似案件，犯罪分子的作案手段十分残忍，不仅强奸、杀害女性，还用刀切割女性生殖器官、人体组织等，受害人中年龄最小的仅8岁，社会影响极其恶劣，在当地造成严重恐慌。2001年8月，此案被中国公安部列为督办案件。2004年8月5日，中国公安部组织专家对案件进行会诊，将白银、包头两地案件并案，确定为甘蒙“8·05”系列强奸杀人残害女性案。尽管各级公安机关全力侦破此案，但案件迟迟没有取得实质性突破。2004年12月18日，兰州晨报对该案做了报道，当时白银市公安局曾向社会公布了一份《白银市公安局侦破系列强奸杀人案件宣传提纲》，证实白银确有一个“杀人狂”。警方在公布案情的同时，悬赏20万元向全社会征集线索，以期早日破案。

　　此案因作案手段残忍，社会影响恶劣，久侦未破，被公安机关于2001年8月立为部督案件。2015年3月，省公安厅决定重启侦查工作，省、市公安机关全力投入，抽调精干专家力量，紧紧围绕指纹和DNA两个方面深入开展侦查工作。近日，省公安厅通过DNA-Y染色体检验，初步确定了犯罪嫌疑人，经过指纹比对和DNA进一步比对，最终确定犯罪嫌疑人高承勇（男，汉族，1964年11月10日生，甘肃榆中县人，已婚，高中毕业，身份证号为6201231964111000**，户籍所在地为兰州市榆中县青城镇城河村428号）。8月26日，办案民警在白银市工业学校一小卖部内将其抓获。经初步审讯，犯罪嫌疑人高承勇对其在1988年5月至2002年2月间实施强奸杀人作案11起，杀死11人的犯罪事实供认不讳。

　　目前，案件后续侦查预审工作正在有序进行。
