8月28日消息，本周五，中国首个北斗信息安全领域军民融合协同创新平台——长沙北斗产业安全技术研究院——在长沙正式成立。据悉，该研究院将着重建设人才聚集、技术研究、北斗综合试验基地等五大基础平台，促进长沙乃至中国卫星导航技术进步和北斗系统完善。
与此同时，长沙市人民政府在揭牌仪式上发布了《长沙市加快北斗产业发展三年行动计划（2016-2018年）》，研究院成立后，将力争经过三到五年建设，成为可立足长沙、服务北斗、根基国内、走向世界的国家级协同创新平台。
据介绍，该研究院由长沙市科学技术局、长沙高新区管委会与长沙北斗产业安全技术研究院组建单位共同建设，拟通过对接政府、专家、科研和资本四大资源，紧密围绕北斗信息安全领域相关技术研究和成果应用，打造集高端人才聚集、专业人才培养、军民融合发展、技术协同创新、资源开放共享以及创新成果产业孵化等于一体的科技协同创新平台。
未来，该研究院将着重建设人才聚集、技术研究、融资孵化、开放服务、北斗综合试验基地等五大基础平台。
