奥运代表团与青少年交流分享心路历程
除了示范表演，举重队和田径队运动员代表在香港马鞍山体育馆与香港青少年制服团体代表进行交流活动。参加活动的代表有中国举重队教练于杰、运动员龙清泉、孟苏平、邓薇、石智勇、向艳梅，中国田径队运动员王镇、刘虹。
香港民政事务局副秘书长罗志康对访港运动员代表表示欢迎，他表示，香港民众爱好运动、关心国家队表现，国家队取得成绩香港民众也感到光荣自豪。
代表团运动员同香港的青少年代表们通过座谈形式分享各自在训练和比赛时候的一些心路历程。奥运精英代表团成员还同香港青少年代表一同参加娱乐游戏。
