广西省接连发公文要求整治“城里看海”

　　中新网南宁8月29日电(黄令妍)中新网记者29日从广西全区城市工作会议新闻发布会上获悉，广西近期接连出台文件，提出消灭城市易涝点、降雨就地消纳等目标要求，以解决屡屡出现的“城里看海”内涝问题。

　　《关于开展“美丽广西·宜居城市”建设活动的实施意见》还明确，宜居城市的考评指标体系中，现有城市易涝点消除率达到100%可获得相应积分。该考评工作纳入绩效管理和党政政绩考核范畴，每两年评价一次。

　　中国南方夏季雨水充沛，内涝多发。今年6月，暴雨引发广西南宁、柳州、梧州等地多条道路因积水中断，一些住宅小区地下车库进水，部分公交车线路停运。南宁一个在建的地铁站附近形成30亩左右的内涝水面，大量雨水流入地铁站内。据统计，抢险救援期间，排除地铁隧道共计1.6万吨积水，相当于长50米的常规泳池水量的6倍多。

　　据介绍，目前，广西首府南宁作为国家首批16个试点城市之一，已经推出南湖、石门森林公园等海绵城市改造项目，初显成效。南宁市自2015年至2017年期间将建设海绵城市示范区面积54.6平方公里，总投资达87.71亿元人民币。(完)
