IT资讯8月29日消息，北京警方此前在本月中旬的“平安行动”中，成功打掉一个盗销“一条龙”的扒窃犯罪团队，并起获被盗手机500余部、公交卡200余张、以及身份证、账本、若干拆装手机零部件等涉案物品。
北京警方介绍称，该团伙主要在昌平的天通苑、通州的梨园地区以及河北的燕郊、香河地区进行扒窃，一般会选择商场周边背包的独行女士下手，平均每天可扒窃7到8部手机。
通过梳理110报警记录，警方发现手机被盗的失主很多并没有到公安机关报案，这给警方寻找失主工作带来了极大的困难。目前，警方已经与200多名失主取得了联系，其余的手机正在进行失主查找工作。
联系失主的过程让警方苦笑不得，部分失主认为这是诈骗电话，表示不相信；还有部分失主直接表示，手机不要了。其中一位到现场领取手机的失主称，“接到公安局的电话，说我的手机找回来了，我一开始以为是电信诈骗，后来对方让我到派出所领手机，也没问我要押金什么的，我觉得没什么损失，我就来了，没想到是真的，手机上个礼拜刚丢就被找到了，真是没想到。”在向警方表示感谢后，这位失主还给北京警方送去了一面锦旗。
