最新消息显示，中国企业保利协鑫8月28日发布公告称，该公司拟以1.5亿美元现金收购爱迪生太阳能部分优质目标资产。公告显示，保利协鑫欲购的目标资产包括，可再生能源解决方案开发商爱迪生太阳能公司、太阳能电池生产设施公司SunEdison Products Singapore、加利福尼亚州帕萨迪纳的生产设施拥有及营运商MEMCPasadena，以及硅锭生产及销售公司Solaicx。上述资产中还包括这四家公司已承担的合约及租赁、主要与业务有关设备及私人财产，以及知识产权等。
据了解，保利协鑫目前掌控着全球三成以上的多晶硅片市场，是全球出货量最大的多晶硅及硅片生产商，其母公司协鑫集团位居中国企业500强新能源行业第一。
据透露，保利协鑫看中了爱迪生太阳能此前积累的超一流技术、以及运行中的电站资产等，如果在今年10月之前没有比保利协鑫出价更高的买方，法院就会裁决此项交易成交。
