2010年,中国提出了基于高RAMS的全自动运行轨道交通系统理念,这标志着中国自主研发轨道交通全自动运行系统正式进入研究阶段。这一理念的提出,顺应“中国制造2025”等国家战略需求,借鉴汽车无人驾驶深度学习技术,引领国际轨道交通技术发展方向。历经六年努力,目前已完成全自动运行系统的核心技术研发,并将在北京地铁燕房线首次示范应用,这也是中国首个全自动运行系统国家级示范工程。

根据北京市的规划,3号、12号、17号、19号线以及新机场线等新一轮轨道交通线路建设都将采用全自动运行系统技术。这项技术是城市轨道交通系统集成技术一次质的飞跃,是城市轨道交通列车运行控制系统未来的发展方向。它的推广和应用将极大提升中国轨道交通在国际上的地位和影响力,使得中国的重要基础设施安全可控。

最早提出自主全自动运行系统理念,并带领团队攻克核心技术的正是北京交控科技股份有限公司(简称“交控科技”)的郜春海。郜春海毕业于北京交通大学交通信息工程与控制专业,现任城市轨道交通列车通信与运行控制国家工程实验室主任,北京交通大学兼职教授,是交控科技的董事长兼总裁。1993年大学毕业至今,他一直从事轨道交通列车运行控制系统的科学研究与产业化工作,其团队负责研发的基于通信的列车运行控制系统(简称“CBTC”)使得中国于2010年成为第四个掌握该项核心技术并应用于实际工程的国家,填补了国内空白。

“交控科技始终坚持‘政产学研用’的自主创新模式。”郜春海解释,“‘政产学研用’就是坚持政府科技立项搭台,以‘用户需求’为牵引,实现产学研结合。”他说,自主创新的典型案例——FAO和CBTC系统的研发和应用是一个复杂且庞大的工程,得到了中国国家发展改革委员会、北京市、轨道交通协会、北京地铁业主单位和各专业单位的认可和支持,与此同时,作为轨道交通领域的高等学府,北京交通大学为系统提供了良好的人才和科研平台,最终使交控科技走出了一条从基础研究、技术攻关、现场试验、中试、应用示范与产业化的创新之路。

“高智商”轨道交通控制系统的大力发展将有助于用户方的智能化管理水平提升以及制造方的智能化制造体系的双轮驱动,也将是实现“中国制造2025”国家战略的一个重要抓手。
