The 10th Typhoon this year "Lion Rock" today (31st) early this morning by a storm-weakened to a tropical storm-level and 4:30 A.M. in Russia landed along the coast near Vladivostok, when maximum sustained winds near the center level 9 (23 m/s) in the Center, low pressure 97,500 kPa. 5 o'clock in the morning with its centre in Russia Vladivostok territory was 43.1 degrees north latitude, and 133.0 degrees East longitude, maximum sustained winds near the center of grade 8 (at 20 mph, tropical storm level) in the Center, low pressure 97,500 kPa.

Expect the "Lion Rock" at a speed of about 50 kilometers per hour to the West direction, is about to enter northeastern China (tropical depression or tropical storm level, 16~20 mph, 7~8), and reduced degeneration extratropical.

台风蓝色预警：黑龙江、吉林、辽宁阵风可达12级

　　中国天气网讯 中央气象台31日06时继续发布台风蓝色预警：

　　今年第10号台风“狮子山”今天（31日）凌晨由强热带风暴级减弱为热带风暴级，并于凌晨4点30分前后在俄罗斯海参崴附近沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力9级（23米/秒），中心最低气压975百帕。早晨5点钟其中心仍然位于俄罗斯海参崴境内，就是北纬43.1度、东经133.0度，中心附近最大风力8级（20米/秒，热带风暴级），中心最低气压975百帕。

　　预计，“狮子山”将以每小时50公里左右的速度向偏西方向移动，即将进入中国东北地区（热带低压级或热带风暴级，16～20米/秒，7～8级），然后减弱变性为温带气旋。
