今日上午九点30分许，封面新闻（thecover.cn）-华西都市报记者从成都市交管局相关科室证实，这些小红点并非交警设立，“该行为已涉嫌违反了道法第28条即违规损毁、改动交通警示标示，我们将马上通知所在辖区交警分局予以处理。”
