原中国济南军区参谋长张鸣落马 消息称其受贿超千万
从2014年底空降济南军区出任参谋长，到2016年全国两会前夕落马，张鸣在大军区副岗位上履职，满打满算也就一年多时间。
中国人大网今天公布，由解放军选出的第十二届全国人民代表大会代表原济南军区参谋长张鸣，因严重违纪违法，本人提出辞去第十二届全国人民代表大会代表职务。2016年6月6日，济南军区善后工作办公室选举委员会决定接受其辞职。
彼时的张鸣还被视为军队高级将领中的后起之秀，他是南京陆军指挥学院作战指挥专业研究生学历，获军事学硕士学位，后又就读国防大学军师职指挥员班，在百舸争流的竞争环境之中稳步升迁，先任职38集团军，后辗转于总参作战部、陆军航空兵部、战略规划部。2006年即授少将军衔，2013年当选为第十二届全国人大代表。
因此，张鸣被视为既有基层带兵经验、又能积极思考“能打仗、打胜仗”的将领。
可惜的是，济南军区参谋长的位置还没有坐热，张鸣就被军纪委请走了。有消息称他在担任总参陆航部长的时候，接受了某企业为中标而送出的巨额贿赂，总额过千万。当下军队反腐之风劲吹，连前任军委副主席都已落马，其他贪腐的高官自是难逃法网。
出生于1957年的张鸣今年59岁，对于军队高级将领来说，可谓正当盛年。但因为伸错了手、走错了路，他的余生无疑将在懊悔中度过。
