　　中新网8月31日电 据哈尔滨市纪委网站消息，今年6月，哈尔滨刘亚楼旧居、东北民主联军独立团旧址等7处不可移动文物建筑遭拆除，造成文物遭严重破坏。日前，哈尔滨市纪委严肃查处该事件，包括哈尔滨双城区区长毛臣、副区长高丽馨、副区长刘志成等11人被追责。

　　2015年底，双城区政府决定征收棚户区改造工程项目地块，刘亚楼旧居、东北民主联军独立团旧址等7处尚未核定公布为文物保护单位的不可移动文物位于征收范围内。今年6月25日，拆除企业现场负责人常某某指使李某某驾驶挖掘机对7处不可移动文物建筑进行拆除，造成文物遭严重破坏。目前，常某某已被检察机关批准逮捕，公安机关正在进一步调查。

　　据通报，根据哈尔滨市委、市政府领导的指示，哈尔滨市纪委监察局组成调查组，对该事件相关责任进行了调查，对11名相关责任人进行了追究。

　　双城区主管文物保护工作的副区长高丽馨受到责令作出书面检查处理，主管城建工作的副区长刘志成受到通报批评处理，区长毛臣受到责令公开道歉处理。责令双城区政府向市政府作出书面检查。
