针对路面塌陷区及雨污水管线和通讯线路抢修进程，结合专家组意见，市政府分管领导要求：一是抓紧时间，立即组织开展回填作业，确保地下管线安全。二是对已断裂的排污管线、强电弱电及破损明渠实施抢修。三是科学施工，确保质量，全面恢复路面。四是对张掖路全区段采用物探方法进行探查，查明存在的空洞体，并进行工程处理。 要积极回应社会关切，及时把抢险工作的阶段性进展情况向社会和媒体公布。
