　　记者从30日在京举行的全国妇联十一届五次执委会议获悉，全国妇联十一届执委会通过不断优化全国妇联领导机构结构，进一步增强妇联领导机构成员的广泛性和代表性。

　　据介绍，全国妇联十一届五次执委会议增补常委10人，替补执委3人，增补执委9人，增替补后常委会和执委会中各族各界、各行各业优秀女性代表比例提高。为打造专职、挂职、兼职相结合的全国妇联领导班子，此次会议增补专兼职副主席3名，其中，兼职副主席1名；增补书记处书记2名，其中，挂职书记处书记1名。

　　新当选的全国妇联兼职副主席、中国人民解放军航天员大队航天员刘洋表示，要发挥自己身在基层的优势，更好地开展基层工作，“继续立足本职，刻苦训练，同时加强学习，使个人能力尽快适应这个岗位的需要，更好地为妇联、为妇女群众工作”。

　　新当选的全国妇联执委、中航工业西飞国航厂班长薛莹表示，基层代表最主要的职责就是发挥桥梁作用，上通下达，“我参加的各种会议比较多，一方面要把国家的方针政策等传达到基层，另一方面也要积极传递基层工人的声音，反映群众关注的问题”。
