The commodity housing new housing stock and housing (passive housing). Trading time identified in the following way: buy new housing is subject to submit network signed a contract of sale of commercial housing; the housing stock (previously owned homes) sale, real estate registration center, to the time of receipt shall prevail. Policy is valid until December 31, 2017.

厦门9月5日起重启限购 拥有2套及以上房将受限

 

　　前期房价涨势凶猛的厦门正式宣布重启住房限购政策。

　　厦门国土房管局8月31日发布公告称：

　　自9月5日起执行住房限购政策，对以下三种类型居民家庭，暂停在本行政区域内向其销售建筑面积144平方米及以下的普通商品住房：一、拥有2套及以上住房的本市户籍居民家庭；二、拥有1套及以上住房的非本市户籍居民家庭；三、无法提供购房之日前2年内在本市逐月连续缴纳1年以上个人所得税或社会保险证明的非本市户籍居民家庭。

　　上述商品住房包括新建商品住房和存量住房（二手住房）。交易时间按以下方式认定：购买新建商品住房以提交商品房买卖合同网签时间为准；存量住房（二手住房）买卖以市不动产登记中心业务收件时间为准。政策有效期至2017年12月31日。
