据新加坡《联合早报》报道，中证中小投资者服务中心近期联合上海证券交易所开展的一项“风险知多少”问卷调查显示，超半数中国投资者自开户以来的投资是亏损的，许多散户投资者的投资心态不够成熟，有接近五成的被调查股民选择“朋友荐股”，而选择“依赖打听消息”的投资者也占到了21.74%。
投资者投资出现亏损的原因多种多样，既包括明显的过度自信、过度反应、处置效应、羊群效应等多种不理性行为，也有频繁交易、锚定效应、“风险幽闭症”等因素。
