　　答：我们对缅甸和平大会暨“21世纪彬龙会议”顺利开幕表示祝贺。举行“21世纪彬龙会议”对推进缅甸和平进程、增进各方了解互信、促进民族和解具有重要意义，希望缅甸有关各方坚持通过政治对话，以和平方式解决分歧，早日实现全国范围停火，为国家实现持久和平创造条件。我们预祝此次会议取得成功。

　　答：外国在华投资环境好不好，事实和数字最能说明问题。据我了解，今年1至7月，中国全国设立外商投资企业同比增长9.7%，其中欧盟28国实际投入外资金额同比增长31.3%。我想对于任何公司或商界人士来说，如果没有回报和利润是不会轻易作出投资决定的。这个数字也说明，中国仍然是包括欧盟在内世界各国投资的理想国家。

　　我想强调，中国利用外资的政策不会变。我们将继续为各国在华投资创造良好环境，保护外商投资企业的合法权益。我们愿继续同各国分享中国经济持续增长的红利。

　　问：据了解，中印两国近日举行了边境事务磋商和协调工作机制会议，请问你能否介绍会议的具体情况？此次会议在当前时刻举行有何积极意义？

　　问：肯尼亚政府近日在其中国外交部网站首页重申了在安理会改革和南海问题上的立场，表示在安理会改革问题上将坚持非盟共同立场，并重申支持中国在南海问题上的立场。此前，东京非洲发展国际会议（TICAD）结束后，日本政府公布了安倍晋三首相访问肯尼亚同肯方发表的联合声明。我们注意到，肯尼亚方面并没有发表这一联合声明，而且联合声明中有关涉海、涉安改内容与TICAD峰会刚刚发表的《内罗毕宣言》不符，请问中方对此有何评论？

　　答：中方注意到，肯尼亚政府近日在其中国外交部网站首页重申了在安理会改革和南海问题上的立场，表示在安理会改革问题上将坚持非盟共同立场，并重申支持中国在南海问题上的立场。我们也注意到，肯方并没有发布所谓的日肯联合声明，并在日方发表有关联合声明后再次重申了在安改和南海问题上的立场。据了解，肯方已经表示，所谓肯日联合声明不是双方达成一致的文件，而是日方单方面发表的声明。肯在安理会改革和涉海问题上的立场是明确的、一贯的，即坚持非盟共同立场，支持中国在南海问题上的立场。

　　这再次表明日本企图把自己的意志强加给非洲国家，谋求私利，这种做法不恰当，不得人心，也是对非洲国家的不尊重。
