单笔行贿5千万非新纪录 中国有多少“行贿状元”逍遥法外

近日，深圳市安远投资集团有限公司董事长陈族远以“受贿状元”的身份，出现在媒体报道中，引发舆论关注。
事实上，一直以来，我们都比较关注受贿的官员及其受贿额，对行贿者却少了一些聚焦。
据媒体报道，2015年法院审理的原广州市委书记万庆良受贿案，涉案15个单位和个人中，陈族远再次以5000万元行贿数额名列榜首，占到万庆良受贿总额的近一半。
而早在2007年云南省交通厅原副厅长胡星受贿案中，陈族远以3200万元的行贿款，在涉案的12个单位和个人中位列第一，占到胡星受贿总额的80%。与此同时，陈族远还向昆明市城市建设投资公司原总经理陈正贵行贿600万元港币。

那位单笔送了1.6亿的，显然根本不会把陈族远放在眼里。
还有牵扯到刘志军案的丁书苗（丁羽心），被公诉机关指控于2008年至2010年间，按照刘志军的授意，先后两次以花钱办事的方式给予刘志军钱款共计4900万元；为达到树立正面形象以逃避有关部门查处的目的，先后38次给予时任中国国务院扶贫某某领导小组办公室外资项目管理中心主任范增玉财物共计折合人民币4000余万元。单这两项就接近亿元。
说到这，你可能想起了行贿界一个“教父级”的人物，是的，没错，他就是赖昌星。赖昌星到底总共行贿了多少钱，已经无法查清，甚至，他总共行贿了多少官员，都已经无法查清。
作为厦门远华特大走私案的主犯，被他拉下马的省部级干部有3人，厅级干部有8人，至于处级、科级干部，更是数不清。
据新华社报道，大到中国公安部原副部长李纪周，三次收受赖昌星贿赂的人民币100万元、美元50万元、港币3万元。小到厦门海关东渡办事处船管科原科长吴宇波，一人即索取、收受贿赂人民币874.7万元。

这些行贿者，有的被以受贿罪处以刑罚，有的则因为这样或那样的原由处于一种“不追究”的状态，像陈族远这样的， 竟然可以在时隔多年的不同案件中，两次“行贿居首”，这是极不正常的，是莫大的讽刺。
而更不正常的是，有些腐败案件，我们只知受贿者，不知行贿者。按照中国刑法规定， 为谋取不正当利益，向国家工作人员行贿，数额在一万元以上的，就应依法追究刑事责任。
去年4月份，一汽大众销售公司原执行副总经理石涛被判处无期徒刑。法院判决认定其受贿3303万余元，认定涉案的行贿者有48家，10家行贿者被另案处理，另外38家则没有了下文。而从媒体公布的情况看，行贿石涛的48家单位中，数额在20万元以上的就有31家，达到“情节严重”。
对行贿者，还是要依法惩处，不可轻纵，还商业干净，还官场干净，还社会一个干净。
去年11月，新京报专访马云，马云即表示，断腕反腐，受贿和行贿须“两头堵”。那么，当我们看到落马官员纷纷被投入监狱时，是否也应该“惦记”一下他们的助攻手——行贿者呢？
