深圳新闻网讯 600米高的深圳平安金融中心大厦，一度刷新了深圳第一高楼的纪录。然而，深圳城市建筑的新高度将再次改写。
根据深圳市罗湖区城市更新网站“心罗湖·新罗湖”最新发布的一版城市更新规划，其中将蔡屋围片区定位为金融商业核心区，并计划在寰宇大厦原址上新建一座高达739米的高楼。这意味着，该建筑建成后有望超过目前已建成平安金融中心大厦，再度刷新深圳摩天高楼的纪录。
按照这一规划，蔡屋围片区依旧定位为金融商业核心区。并将通过城市更新，拓展万象城周边地区，集约开发建设蔡屋围金融核心和高端商业“密集发展区”，打造代表深圳形象、媲美国际一流的地标型城市建筑群和最靓丽的城市景观。
此前有媒体报道，自2013年开始，“京基蔡屋围城市更新”就已经多次被提及。据悉，深圳京基集团已向罗湖区政府部门提交更新规划图纸，京基城市规划提案中，除了将在寰宇大厦原址上新建一座高达739米、层高达169层的高楼，取名为“H700深圳塔”。还包括拟在晶都酒店原址新建一栋约680米左右的高楼，两座高楼在深南大道上以天桥连接。目前，项目中所提到的晶都酒店、寰宇大厦等依旧在营业。
事实上，刚刚提到的第一高楼，并不是蔡屋围首次拟兴建的深圳最高楼。该片区早已有地王大厦、京基100等曾经的最高楼。1996年，地王大厦建成，楼高383.95米，共69层，建成时是亚洲第一高楼。2011年，京基100荣登深圳第一高楼，总建筑高度为448.1米，然而仅仅4年后就被福田区的平安金融中心取代。
