台风“狮子山”过境吉林 延边村屯被淹7万人受灾

　　中新社延边9月1日电（崔颜锋 许传翔）9月1日，已经减弱变成温带气旋的台风“狮子山”余威仍存，吉林省延边地区部分村庄因江水水位上涨被淹，目前当地政府正全力安置受灾民众，抢险救灾。

　　吉林官方消息称，受“狮子山”影响，延边多地出现百年不遇的强降水。延边州地区共有21个乡镇受灾，受灾人口达71122人，有44506人被紧急转移。

　　记者1日在受灾较为严重的龙井市三合镇看到，三合镇已处于洪水围困之中，主要街路已被洪水淹没，涌进屋子内的洪水仍未退去，部分民房出现了垮塌现象。

　　三合镇村民金源姝告诉记者，洪水到来之前接到通知要疏散撤离。8月31日洪峰到达，洪水很快冲进镇内，临近图们江一侧的房屋基本都浸泡在水中。

　　灾情发生后，当地政府、公安、消防、边防等部门立即展开抗洪抢险。由于洪水造成个别路段漫堤路面被毁交通受阻，当地通讯也处在无法连接状态，一度与外界失去联系，直至9月1日上午才打通一条便道，救援车辆得以进入镇内。

　　目前，三合镇被疏散的民众暂时被安置于附近学校等公共设施内，据介绍，由于疏散及时，目前为止并未接到有人员伤亡的报告。

　　此次降雨时间已持续近100个小时，目前降雨仍在持续。延边地区平均降雨量已达到149.5毫米，造成吉林省境内的图们江、海兰江均已达到历史最高水位。延边州应对台风发布的情况通报显示，目前洪水已经通过延边州境内，洪水水位正在下降。（完）
