从徐玉玉被骗离世，到清华大学教师被骗1760万元，电信诈骗似乎进入空前的“高峰期”，学校也成为“重灾区”。安全专家提示，开学季学生、老师成为诈骗分子的重点关注人群，提醒广大市民提高安全意识，对涉及钱财的陌生电话保持警惕。
医生老师是最易受骗职业
据媒体报道，8月29日23点25分中关村派出所110接报：海淀区蓝旗营小区清华大学一名老师，被冒充公检法电信诈骗人民币1760万元。这则由“清华大学液晶大楼物业服务中心”开具的“警情通报”先于30日流传网络，随后被媒体及北京海淀警方证实。通报特别提示，要求“各单位加强员工宣传力度，扩大宣传范围，减少和避免此类案件发生”。
大学教师属于高知人群，理应不易让诈骗分子有机可乘，却为何还会不幸中招？数据显示，医生、老师等专业人员正是最易受骗的职业，占38%；相反，家庭主妇、暂无职业者以24.3%的占比垫后。究其原因，或许是因为高知人群本身拥有更多财产，而无职业者即使接到诈骗电话也“无钱可付”。
正值开学季期间， 腾讯安全云库副总经理李旭阳特别提醒学生、家长和老师们，当收到任何陌生短信、电话以及涉及财产的信息时，一定要提高警惕，同时注意保护自己的信息安全。
不点任何不明来源链接
李旭阳对北京晨报记者表示，其实这种骗局屡见不鲜，媒体也曾多次宣传。但普通用户听到“公检法”就会乱了阵脚，因此成功率格外高，且通常涉案金额巨大。一般而言，冒充公检法诈骗是利用了“社会工程学”原理。诈骗分子获取受害人真实信息后假冒警方以银行卡透支、电话欠费、法院传票等因由诱导受害人联系异地警方。然后用异地电话拨打受害人手机，并要求受害人通过异地114查询真伪。最终以帮助受害人洗脱罪名、协助调查为由，要求将资金转入“安全账户”。一旦资金被转入，诈骗分子会立即通过ATM取款机在多地取走资金，即使警方破案，也一般难以追回涉案资金。
专家也提醒用户，如接到自称公检法人员的电话需提高警惕，特别是当对方操有台湾、广东等南方口音时，应当做到不轻信威胁、恐吓的诱骗话术，且谨防转账汇款等涉及金钱转移的操作。若收到相关短信，则需仔细判别来信号码的真实性，切勿点击任何不明来源的链接，以防手机中毒或银行卡被盗刷等安全威胁。
